Refund policy

Try Pro free for 30 days first. If you pay and it isn’t for you, you get your money back within 7 days. No hard feelings, and no forms in triplicate.
Within 7 days
Write to [email protected] within 7 days of a payment, monthly or yearly, and you get a full refund of that payment. No questions asked. The licence key is cancelled when the refund is made.
After 7 days
Payments are not refunded in part after 7 days. You can stop a plan from renewing at any time, and Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, on its usual timeline.
