Terms of use

We don’t want any trouble, and we are sure you don’t either. So here is the deal in plain words: Sensifty is software that shows technical information. Use it as one input among many, and keep your Pro key to yourself.
What Sensifty is
Sensifty is a Chrome extension that shows technical information about NSE and BSE stocks: a stretch score comparing a stock’s price with its own history, its trend, price levels below the current price, and alerts when a watched stock reaches those levels.
It is not advice
Sensifty does not tell you to buy, sell or hold anything, does not manage money, does not place trades and does not connect to a broker. Read the disclaimer. Every decision you make is yours.
Price data
Prices come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Calculations and alerts depend on that data. Sensifty is provided as it is, without any promise of accuracy or availability.
Sensifty Pro
Pro is a personal licence for one person, for one month or one year at the price shown on the website, including taxes where they apply. It is activated with a licence key, which must not be shared or resold. A key that is shared or misused may be cancelled. Every new installation can try Pro free for 30 days, once.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Fair use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute Sensifty or its data, rebuild it from its code, or send automated requests to its data service.
Changes
Features, prices and these terms may change. Changes to these terms are posted here with a new date. For Pro, a price change applies from your next renewal.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sensifty is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using it, or from errors, delays or interruptions in its data or service. In any case, total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
